Objectives of the Program

1.  To improve participants knowledge and understanding about anger and the impact and consequences of their anger.

 

2.  To Provide participants with appropriate tools to reduce anger and manage situations through relaxation exercises, effective communication styles and identifying the source of their anger.

 

3.  To increase awareness and develop skills formanaging conflict and addressing daily life challenges.

 

4.  To improve the problem solving capacity of participants through education, appropriate exercises and role play.

 

5.  To develop better communication skills and techniques to improve self esteem.
